This may give us pause for concern to schedule or limit cell phone calls especially those difficult one's with collegaues , friends and family to when we are in a good mood. The risk of high blood pressure increases with high cell phone use and only looked at length of time of phone use and does not even consider the quality of the conversation or call. Apparently, even a good /nice conversation has risks but can you imagine the increased risk of a difficult or adversarial conversation on our blood pressure?. Yikes! That's why I still use my landline for longer conversations whether they are pleasant or difficult. Besides, there are less interuptions and the reception is better! (no dead zones etc) Here's the link
Cheers and hope to see many of you at the end of the month when we have an open house which we will announce soon. We ask that folks RSVP so we can have the correct amount of refreshements for those wishing to attend and hear about our practice and take a tour. Blessings to all !
